Food is expensive. Portion's quite big but too much for me. I don't suggest buying drinks because it's really expensive!

Typical western food that didn't stand out. Full student service staff that made everything chaotic. I remembered one time my friend was disappointed that the supposedly heart-shaped waffles didn't come out as displayed in the menu. Haha!

I have been to New York New York a number of times and it always has good quick food and an enjoyable place to simply eat and relax. I normally have the Club Sandwich which is made the traditional way and is very tasty. Along with it I have the Lemon Lime splash which is a very good thirst quencher.... More

Don't really get the hype and long queues forming outside the restaurants. Food was at best ordinary. Not a lot of food selections, ended up troubling over what to get. The food that was labelled as must tried or whatsoever turned out to be misleading because the food was not good at all. The Hawaiian Chicken Chop I had had... More

I walked past this place on a prior visit. It looked like a good ambiance with authentic New York style food. On this trip, I've spent 2 weeks in Singapore and Malaysia and was craving a good burger after too much seafood and local fare. The service was fine, I was seated fast and my order was taken promptly. I... More

My wife and I have been here twice prior on previous holidays, all visits were great hence we were keen to return this time. What a disappointment........ poor service, small portion servings and poor quality of ingredients. We were seated rather fastat 6.20pm, but things went down hill fast from there. We waited 25 mins for our order to be... More

The food was very filling and tasted fine. I particularly liked the complimentary lemon water which made a change from traditional water. My waiter was friendly as were the rest of the staff. There was a wide range of American themed food like burgers, steaks, etc at reasonable prices which was most satisfying. The atmosphere of the place was welcoming... More

Food is below average, thou ambience is good. Service is not up to standard. Ordered a medium rare ribeye with mushrooms sauce. Sauce is a bit too bland and the meat is not properly cook to expectations. Porportioning of the meat is too poorly done to the extent that the meat had a double standard of 'done' standards.

liked the roasted chix and the rootbeer float, casual atmosphere that is great for young people to hang out, but don't fancy the service, a few of the waiters pretend to look busy- even when not serving anyone.
