But we were a bit disappointed. Everything is fresh, organic and from local producers. The food comes in generous proportion and is tasty but menu is relatively simple - meat or fish with vegetables as we could find in England. Overall quite expensive, probably due to its success and the number of tourists queuing up!

Ate here twice. Once for brunch and once for lunch. Everything was fantastic and super fresh. Great food, juices and coffee. Best greens I've had so far in Chile. Farm to table is an overused term, but this place definitely fits the bill as we saw people bringing in big beautiful bunches of leafy greens.

Together with my family we passed here the end of the year: 2016. The menu was well thought: a modern way to cook fresh south american ingredients. Unfortunately, the realisation of the main courses was not able to face our expectations. The octopus was not spicy at all (it was supposed to be with merken) and salty, and the tenderloin... More

Clean and very nice restaurant with a good variety of courses (local and european). We liked also the service and the friendly atmosphere of the place.

After a full day at Huerquehue park, we arrived back in town eager for a big meal, and Trawen was great! All of the dishes we had were excellent!

I went in the middle of the afternoon, feeling the munchies, and I ordered a ceviche. It was excellent. Prepared with shrimps, salmon and octopus, the balance between lemon, coriander and merken was a delight for the palate. Not too sour, not too hot either. I also drank 2 Grassau (German style weissbeer made with piñones wich gives an amber... More

I ate here twice--once for a huge fresh salad from their very own garden, and again for veggie "quinotto". Both meals were delicious, but I have yet to find another salad that compares. They even have kombucha!! Huge fan of this place.

We had the salmon carpaccio, salmon ravioli with spinache and the mushroom risotto. The service was good and the food above average but not great. Would prefer eating elswhere

I ordered the grilled deer that was tasty but cold and we also ardered a salmon filled ravioli that was no too bad. However, we had to wait one hour and a half for our food and we were not advice that there was such a long delay. I would not recommend this place in busy days

Had a great meal at Trawen- the food is fresh, house made, locally grown and organic. Apparently a lot comes from their farm which is the only organic certified farm in the region. Had a delicious meal and they were accommodating in changing some meals to suit our coeliac group members. Would recommend the spinach, roquefort cheese and sundried tomato... More
