Le Fournil restaurant in Chile in general are good, the menu is great, you have plenty of alternatives. But... this one in particular, have a slow service and the food quality is not the best. In this building there is another cafeteria that is far better than Le Fournil.

pretty bad service, food quality was not good at all and it turns out to be very expensive... a couple of years ago this place was totally different.

Ah, le fornil. we have been at least 50 times. We love the food - especially the brunch - one of the best in Santiago. who can beat a basket full of delicious french bread, fresh croissants and other bakery delights? but alas, they only hire old, easily confused waiters who have a hard time handling the multiple demands of... good appetizers, maybe a littl ebit to dopped on the creamy side sometimes on the french cuisine. otherwise, excellent choice of salads, perfect bakery...whatever you don´t eat in calories in the salad you will take them in the pastries and bread. An excellent choice for early sunday or late weekday..always open. good servce. Summer and not cold days are this... More

This French bakery has been one of our favorite food discoveries in Santiago. The bread and baked goods alone are worth a visit, but we also had a yummy avocado quinoa salad (vegetarians can ask to have it without shrimps) and a delicious goat cheese tomato sandwich. You get a selection of fresh French breads and butter served before the... More

Salmon carpaccio apetizer, boef bourgignon, shrimp appetizers are excellent. Home made french fries are piped mash potatoes and are fantastic, and need to be if you're going to serve fries at an upscale french restaurant. Shrimp mains aren't quite as good, the endives and blue cheese salad is horrible (blue cheese salad dressing!) and, quite frankly, an embarassment for what... More

It is quite difficult to find tasty bread in Chile. The fournil provides it for a price. (Note for vegeterians: avoid street bread and empanada sellers, as manteca -animal fat- is part of the recipe.)

excellent restaurant, in a quite handy location. The food is usually great. They have a good menu at a reasonable price on the working days (6-7000 CLP including an entree, a main dish, a drink and a dessert). I also suggest the great brunch menu', good enough to fill you up at a very good price. On top of that,... More

Lovely bistro type restaurant, great outdoor sitting and the service polite and well informed. French stlye food, nice salds and best sanwiches. Enjoy a beer outside under the trees and let the day pass.
