Went for lunch last week with friends what a superb setting there were 5 of us and we all had different dishes and all clean plates afterwards which is a great sign of a restaurant.Bit on the expensive side for Lima but well worth the visit

A terrific experience, overall, but the service left a lot to be desired. Efficient and perfunctory at first, but then we waited and waited and waited for our entrees to be served, with no one coming by to update or apologize. The waiters seemed impatient and harried, although the wine steward was helpful. Be aware that if they offer you... More

I came here with my family, and we had a great meal. All the dishes were delicious. We really enjoyed the ceviche and pisco sours we got there. The experience was even better because the restaurant is situated next to these ruins in the middle of Lima. It was a beautiful and unique setting. I would highly recommend to anyone... More

The restaurant is located just at the Huaca Pucllana pre-Inka ruins. The ruins are lit at night, and our outdoor table gave us an amazing view on a splendid evening. The food is not the best we had in Peru--usual staple of ceviches, trout and steak--and the service was a bit abrupt, but the setting made a for a great... More

We got there without reservation and we got a table pretty fast but very close to the weitresses waiting spot and therefore very noisy and not very intimate. They cover for service of bread 3$ or so. The food was average, we got causa and aji de gallina, nothing special. The view is fantastic with the ruins just there. A... More

It is not often that you get to have a very good dinner facing multi-century old ruins. A fantastic combo, if you ask me. Having devoured too much of their warm tasty bread did not prevent me from enjoying quite a few of their utterly delicious and fresh plates, but it may have had something to do with my inability... The setting and views are vey special. We went in the afternoon for lunch to get away from the sun. What a special afternoon. The views of the ruins are spectacular. We were surprised to find that the food was amazing. Definitely not a tourist trap. The seating allows for privacy or the ability to meet other travellers

I highly recommend this place, primarily because of the spectacular setting amid pre-Incan ruins of the great Huaca Pucclana pyramid. Where else can you dine with such a backdrop? We ate at night and the ruins stood illuminated a few hundred yards away. Our reservation was at 7:15 p.m and we finished dinner in time to catch the final tour... More

Came here as part of a food tour and loved it. Our favourite dishes was the ceviche and the creole beef anticucho. Beautiful backdrop and very romantic atmosphere.
