Almost everything was great, but I ordered a shrimp pasta as the main course and it was honestly disappointing. There was only a hint of shrimp flavor. Too bad, maybe I ordered the wrong dish, as everything else I saw served looked much better.

Had a great dinner but make sure you make reservations since it is very popular. They make a mean Pisco Sour.

One of the best spots to eat in Montevideo in my humble opinion. Ended up here because the restaurant across the street, which was also a bar, would not accept kids. Weird, but oh well. This was truly a great dining experience, the servers were very friendly and the food glorious (had the grilled sea bass). Just what the doctor... More

A regular visit over the years and always a pleasure. Wonderful sausage - however, I liked the thick one better as it was juicier, tortilla juicy and just warm, perfect steaks as you would expect it. A great choice of excellent wines and good advice from the waiters. A wonderful evening.

Had lunch in La Perdiz some weeks ago, during my holidays in Montevideo. Worth mentioning that I live in London (been living in Europe for the last 9 years) but I´m originally from Uruguay, know this place and can rate and compare Uruguayan restaurants and food. In the case of La Perdiz, service is ok, food fine, but honestly nothing... More

This restaurant was amazing and not very expensive! I highly recommend this restaurant, it was very crowded so reservations are recommended. It is very popular with the locals.

Very nice local restaurant in a trendy little enclave of Montevideo with local food. Very fun evening with our group. Fortunately one of our friends not only spoke excellent Spanish, but was also familiar with the food, so ordered an outstanding meal for our group. Very good wine and drinks as well.

We dined here several times already and will come back for more! It's a big plus that they open at 7-7:30pm and very convenient to our hotel. One star down for bread not being warm though... but the dip is awesome.
