I have visited here twice and on both occasions the food was good quality, very tasty and large portions while very reasonably priced. Location is very good just over the river from the classic old town.

I have been here a few times. The food I had was good., but servers very unenthusiastic. A couple years ago we went there, almost everything on the menu was not available. Last night I tried again and after coming in and being ignored by the staff, I asked if we could seat ourselves. I was told in very unenthusiastic... More

Good "rakija", good wine! Very good "pura" with cream and cheese. Sogan dolma was fresh, but without taste. There were no spices inside at all, especially not oriental spices... That's strange!

In Sarajevo, across the river from the recently-restored Library (at the time of World War One the Sarajevo City Hall) is Inat Kuca. Traditional Bosnian food, well prepared and attentively served, dining in this historic building is a must on a visit to Sarajevo. The Inat Kuca Restaurant is located in the “Spite House.” This is a building in Sarajevo,... More

This is part of our city tour which kind of interesting to hear the story of how stubborn was the owner of the landlord and house owner to retain (and move) his house when he sold the land at the opposite side to the buyer. Come visit surajevo and hear your version of the story yourself 😜

We have been traveling for weeks throughout western and Central Europe. We were looking for some good, hearty, not too greasy food that incorporated vegetables as we were growing tired of just fat and starch. This was the perfect place! Fantastic traditional Bosnian food at very inexpensive prices. A long-time local recommended it to us and we couldn't have been... More

I read reviews here before I went to this restoraunt so I wasnt suprise with the bad servise. It seems like they just dont want to talk much. The food is reaaaally good and portions are big so if you are not too hungry maybe you can split one portion with someone because it is really a lot of food.... More

The Inat Kuca or House of Spite restaurant was a wonderful find. The story of its name is worth the visit. The decor is lovely and on a warmer night you can sit outside and watch the river flow by. The Bosnian taste plate is a must -good to share as a starter. There is a large menu to choose... More
