On delivery the food was not hot enough, misu soup came without spoons, tofu was added ontop to a noodles meal being cooked separately (no spices just plain),chop sticks provided but no cutlery, delivery guy arrived with no change.

I've been to this restaurant 4 times in 18 months. The first time was very good, I was on the terrace which the rest will explain. Today was the last time I was with a business friend. How did it go? Simple. You order a...cocktail and wait about 30 to receive. At the same time you ask for plain water and it comes after 40 minutes without glasses. Okay, this is a normal restaurant. You order some food and a bottle of wine that come like this: the friend receives the food after about 30 minutes, yours comes after 15 minutes, no trace of wine. We have finished eating and the wine appears with the waiter's apology for not having glasses. Okay, it's an Asian restaurant, and at a two-person meal it's impossible to talk and hear that the volume of music is so loud on hip hop and disco music that you have to go out on the terrace to understand the conversation. In vain press the button on the table to appear the waiter all are completely confused. I wish you success if you think this is a respectable restaurant.More

I haven’t experienced such a terrible service in Moldova ever. Plenty of staff around (1 single client, myself so not that busy, isn’t it?). They were just checking their mobile, resting, chatting. I had to kindly ask them to take my order and after that,...complete lack of interest to serve me. Simply embarrassing would I be the place’s manager or owner. Terrible place but expensive. Last time I waste my money or time there.More

The food was great, staff were lovely and the resturant looks great. Prices are not too high. We enjoyed our dinner very much 👍🏼

Incredibly bad service. Then you think that nothing more can happen they surprise you. I emphasized that the we would like to have our water not from the fridge, the waiter brought it ice cold, without comments. The wine he poured in our glasses without...asking if we want to taste it first. We started receiving our food 1 hour after ordering, and when I say "started" I mean it. Somehow the waiter decided by himself that we want to share all the dishes. After we asked him what's going on he said that he thought we want to share everything and it's Saturday, a very busy day, he doesn't know when we will receive all the food. So we ended up eating one by one, the other three sitting hungry. When we asked for cutlery, we waited for 5 minutes , while our waiter was cleaning the glasses in the kitchen and after that bringing the wine to the other table. We had to remind him. Finally, the last dish (received two hours after ordering) was wrong. After telling this to the waiter, he told us that it's the last peace of meat and "it's practically the same". Of course, just different sauce, no side dish, but yeah, "the same". moreover it was not medium as we ordered, but medium rare. All in all, the worst service we' ve ever seen- it just doesn't exist at madam wong.More

Today I visited this restaurant, and once again I was disappointed in the attitude of the staff members towards their customers. After asking for the bill I’ve noticed a wrong dish being included, which was twice as expensive as the original one I’ve ordered. When...I told the waiter about this, he disagreed and told me I ate the dish that was counted in the bill. Wow.. I have not encountered such untrained staff in a restaurant with such price points who confuse orders and do not take responsibility for missed errors in the order. In the end it's not about the money at all, it's about the attitude! And the attitude is very arrogant. The previous time we came the waiter was rude to us when we made an order. This time we were forced to pay for a dish that we did not order. What will happen next? I don't even want to think about that, we won't be coming back here again!More

Terrible service, we were at a birthday gathering among closest and were treated with utter arrogance and ignored most evening. They had only 2 bottles of champagne, very few dessert choices, had to ask several times the staff to bring cutlery or water; desserts came...45 mins after ordering (at 9:45 pm - and the place closes at 10 pm nowadays), a few mins after the last dessert came in they closed the lights and we had to finish up eating in the dark, although we politely asked to keep the lights. They told us the manager instructed to turn off the lights, and when we asked for the manager, we were told he/she already left (really?). Completely disappointed.More

My favorite restaurant, I’ve tried every dish on their menu and everything was delicious and high quality.

Located in the city center is a well-kept place, attentive to details, varied and diverse menu. the food is very well cooked with very good sauces. The staff is attentive and polite.

The service is usually good if it's not crowded-seems to be a popular establishment. The food was delicious and prices reasonable. No complaints.

Had the tom yum and sushi and it was pretty authentic! Cool and trendy atmosphere too! Definitely recommend
