Great, friendly, professional staff. Best ribs ever, the location and ambience is cozy, located in center of Bucharest, still away from the city noise

Very tasty food. The portions are enormous. The location has his own style. Stuff is great. Ask for Jaqueline as waitress.

It's a bit off the beaten track for those staying at the Marriott (15 min walk), but was just what we were looking for. Even though we'd not booked and they were busy (and looked closed from the outside) they let myself and a colleague...in to eat. The menu is pictures with prices - but don't let that put you off, it was in Romanian and English - so easy to work out and there is a LOT of choice We started with the chicken wings (9/10), onion rings (8/10) and chicken strips (9/10) and then for mains ordered the BBQ with cheese ribs (9/10 - carb overload) and my colleague had the mexican salad (8/10 - needed a dressing really which they supplied when asked) The food was prompt, hot and served with friendly chat from Pahdeliea - and we throughly enjoyed ourselves with the Western country music and a few local beers They did cheekily ask if we would leave a review - but after having a great evening I thought it was only fair We definitely would go again next time we're in BucharestMore

The food is amazing, no doubt, but the waiters have poor service specially the mid age female waiter who is very rude. We had a Reservation done in advance but when we reached, she had given our table to someone else. Nevertheless, there were 10+...more tables to accommodate but she didn't accommodate us there and they remained vacant throughout our stay in the restaurant and she gave us a uncleaned table where the staff usually smoked. She didn't have the decency to atleast clean the table first. On top of that, the meal was delivered after 1 hour of the order and for the bill request, she turned up after 30 mins of waiting as she was busy eating and drinking in the kitchen. Food was amazing and plenty. On the radio was an american broadcast with country music which blended in with the restaurant theme.

Everything about this place deserves 5 stars. Food, service, general experience etc. If you fancy having ribs, don't even think about it twice just go there! ❤️

We recently dined at Suzana's with our son and had a great food experience! The restaurant adorned in Southern American memoribilia recreated an ambiance of the American barbeque culture. After we just passed our anatomy exam in medicine school, we decided to celebrate by eating some good ribs. (We are obsessed with ribs, it has been our goal to achieve the perfect homemade-rib for a while) We ordered chicken wings and ribs. The chicken...wings were pretty okay, but the taste was so not natural and they were swimming in some thick unhealthy tasting sauce. The texture and the overall feeling reminded me of frozen food... But the ribs... oh god.... the ribs... they were not well cooked at all. Not marinated before cooking from what i could taste. The meat could not be easily separated from the bone, we needed to use our teeth aggressively to scrape the meat off the rib. We did not finish the plate because it was horrible. Worst ribs i ever tasted. Maybe it was an accident, but ohhh, it was a bad one.More

Was very Humongous, well spiced , and price didn’t hurt so much, very nice location, not so busy on Sunday evening , didn’t need reservations. It’s worth a try

This isn’t really my type of place but luckily I do have a liking for kitschy stuff. The cocktail menu could be slightly adjusted, I had some difficulties choosing my drink. We ordered a mix of wings with french fries, wedges and mac and cheese...on the side, all of which was very tasty! The pie with ice cream for dessert was also really nice. The dancers were fun to watch, not as authentic as Texas I believe but I do appreciate the effort! Will come back here for a cheat meal soon! 😂More

Food is pretty good and portions are just right. Annoying thing was loud screaming children running though the restaurant.
