The decor and the attentive presence of the owner makes this a cozy little restaurant. The pasta was cooked al dente, the bread basket was generous and different but the overall cost for a bottle of ordinary merlot, one pasta dish and one octopus salad was 30 euros per person, thus on the expensive side. I would however return gladly. It is as close... More

It hasn't been once since we are going to Grano that we didn't get the full italian experience. And that's in a good way. From the welcoming salute at the door to the drinks or the well put together dishes. Great place to eat.

I liked the atmosphere and the service and I loved the food. It is not spectacular (if you are looking for fine dining) but is is prepared correctly, it seams to be made with dedication and attention, out of good quality ingredients

Firstly, the place looks very nice. It's clean, the shelves with loads of items on them looks very rich and gives you a hint of what's to come: Italy in a nutshell. That's until you order the Tagliatelle con Tartuffo. I expected a plate of freshly made pasta and some grated truffles with some white sauce. What I was served,... More

Cozy restaurant, host very nice, waiters reasonable ( nothing spectacular though, the kind of hat you expect) but we had two dishes with so many salt inside that I've never taste anything similar in my life. Actually the dishes could have been anything cause all you could feel was salt, extreme salt and that's it, nothing else beyond that taste.... More

We choose Grano for the special connection we have with the place. Yes, you might find cheaper pasta somewhere else, but the cosy atmosphere is difficult to be find. It makes you feel like home. The menu is almost always the same, like the menu of our mums, when we go home we want to eat always the same dishes.... More

If you ever want to feel like home, try this small place where the food is absolutely excellent and people are coming back as it feels like home. I have tried it once on my birthday and it was lovely. Since I have come back on friendly meetings.

I really enjoy the concept of this restaurant. It uses really authentic ingredients for all its dishes and has a nice way of service. Starting from the owner who greats you at the entrance, followed by the waiter who immediately brings bread from the house (amazing bread!) and introduces you tonthe daily dishes presented on a little blackboard. You should... More
