We were recommended to the restaurant on a walking tour and thought that it would be expensive - being the oldest Kafana in Belgrade. However, the food was very good, the prices were very reasonable. Service was not the greatest, but I have found this...More

The waiters were kind of rude. The garden is not open at lunch. Basically just a kafana with seats on the sidewalk without the garden.

Place is very nice and it really is an old kafana! No tourists at lunch time and good service overall. Portions are fine and food is ok: as in the title, taste the dolma!!!rates are good and the domestic coffee too! Worth a visit!

Superb value for money. Interesting local cuisine with excellent local wine. Attentive and friendly waiters but then leave you alone whilst eating. It's spot on. Only word of caution is that the portions are huge. Starters almost certainly not required.

The oldest Kafana in Belgrade... The food is not on the cheap side but the restaurant is an icon in Belgrade. I've visited twice and have had good experiences on both visits. The apricot rakija is great. Would recommend.

Firstly, the restaurant itself is a lovely old traditional building, furnished in the traditional style and lots of outdoor seating on both a front patio and in a rear courtyard. We had been recommended the place as an option for traditional Serbian food but, to...More
