We ate here twice on our recent week in Kyiv and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Booking was easy (via Facebook messenger in English) and we were greeted with real warmth. Al the dishes we tried were fresh and tasty and the wine delicious. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone who enjoys Georgian food!

We had a business meeting there Very good Georgian food, big portions come hungry, very nice types of hatchapori salads and meat. Highly recommended.

Quite good restaurant. Food is ok, but nothing really special. Size of the meals was ok, but can be small for Americans. Service was fantastic. We were sitting outside and our waitress went out to check if we need something literally every minute. She also started to speak Ukrainian at the beginning, and then English but quickly switched to Russian... More

I loved that place for a long-long time! Great selection of Georgian food and some Ukrainian dishes as well. They have TAN! (Not everyone likes it, but 'oh man' it is good, esp. there).

We came here already several times and like it very much. The previously served appetizer with many different little things is unfortunately no longer available, but they offer the option to compose something on your own, with smaller portions. New are fixed menus for larger parties, up to 20 people or so. Good selection of Georgian wines on different quality... More

Georgian cuisine is famous in ex-Soviet world for quality and this is a fine diner. Had dinner with two colleagues and appreciated four different Georgian soecialties. One has a lot of space and the place was not crowded that Wednesday night. One can also appreciate excellent Georgian wine, we enjoyed a dry red one. English speaking (which is rather rare... More

Beautiful place for family resting with just a few shots if authentic coniac! Amazing crew in board. Truly relax restaurant, not very expensive. Not messy, breathing of Georgia!

Mimino has been a favorite Georgian restaurant of the Kyivans since 1999. It is located at Podil, the cozy shady streets and low buildings of which are so reminiscent of the old center of Tbilisi. When you come into the hall, which looks like a quiet Tiflis courtyard, where an ancient tree grows just through the roof of one of the buildings and plashes of sunlight are reflected in the stained-glass windows, you feel that your are at home at last. Because the ancient Georgian proverb goes that a guest is a messenger of God. And here the tables are served for the guests on which dishes are composed in a poem: a tender suluguni with bunching onion from a small family Georgian farm; satsivi (walnut sauce) cooked from farm chicken with Imereti saffron; dolma in young grape leaves; juicy khinkali; hot chashushuli sizzling on an earthenware ketsa; shish-kebab just removed from chargrill...
