Their Golden Ale is one of the best beers I’ve tried outside Belgium. Goes well with food, it balances the salty/spicy tastes with it’s discrete sweetness. Sausages were a bit too bland, but a friend had an amazing portion of veal with mushroom sauce.

The food was good and quick served. However eating there for two weeks every lunch and always the same 3 choices of food makes it a litte boring. Been here many times and was always amazed by GREAT service at this place, but today we met waitress Anastasia (please keep away from her) who was rude and spoiled our lunch with her attitude. Visited this brewery on Andrew's Descent accidentally with friends and got not only really good beer served with tasty appetizers, but also friendly service that helped the evening flow in the easy-going mood. Will definitely come to this place again.

There was a great selection of beers on offer. It was busy when we went on Saturday and we sat at the bar where we had a 6 sample tray of their beers. All pretty good. If you want to eat there then booking is...advised.More
After seeing this pub in the morning walking down Andrivisky Descent and noting its position we came back at about 5.50 pm only to find all the tables reserved - popular place. We spoke with a waitress and pointed out most tables were reserved from...7.00 pm onwards so we were allowed to eat at one table. My wife had a fish dish which she found very tough and I had a salad. I tried 6 different beers (0.1 litres each) for just 55 UAH but did not like any. We left after just 40 minutes and found the food poor. I do not recommend this place. Maybe the main place (Solomenskaya Sq 2B is a better restaurant?).More

This is a great find in Kiev! It is a lovely area on St. Andrew's descent. I didn't make a reservation - but not to worry, there was a place at the bar. I am very impressed by the beer. I am a craft beer...lover. I had their stout and it was delicious! It was velvety and smooth. I will definitely be back!More
