Good food and service Good staff, the old menu was far superior to the new menu but food and dr8nks are good. Please bring back the bits snd tapas type of food.

Had the BEST fresh pasta Carbonara, we had very special attention from the Chef, he recommended a great wine from Ribera del Duero, and we finished with a delicious Illy Coffee! Life is great at Pia Bistro!!!! Pasta, Wine, Coffee, Ambience, and great service!
