We really enjoyed both our dinner (local cuisine) and the dancing. Both Spanish and English was spoken to the audience. The restaurant is not real big, so every seat has a great view. The staff was very friendly and we loved the food - we ordered the combination local plate. Good value for the show and meal. Make reservations in... More

Found it by chance as we were walking near our hotel. Lovely atmosphere and very pleasant waiters who spoke some English and I got a chance to speak Spanish. Had local dish Yuca chicken pie and it was amazing, hot and very flavourful. Not a huge portion for some people but plenty for me. Served with some hot sauce, amazing.... More

This is where the Panama City tour (Nexus) brought us. I have no idea where it is located relative to other things in the city because we were just sitting on the bus watching the driver manoeuvre around heavy traffic. At any rate, the busload of people descended on this attractive restaurant and it was very nice. As vegans, we... More

We arrived very early since we did not have prior reservations. We ate dinner before the show and was accommodated to see the show. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite restaurant in Panama City for authentic Panamanian cuisine. Nice atmosphere, great service, friendly staff; all at a very reasonable price

Sorry to say the food was dry, the margarita not drinkable & the dancers were very amateurish. The restaurant is set up like a canteen. Not a good evening we left early.

We were part of a tour group of about 30 people, arriving about 1:30 for a buffet lunch. The decor was well done and very nice. Our lunch consisted of a salad, baked chicken, rice, beef with vegetables and a choice of several very nice desserts. The food was all good. Service was minimal since it was a buffet but... More

We had a great dinner of Panama traditional food. I had the beef dinner while other in our group had the chicken dinner. We all started off with soup then a salad. Then the entrée followed by a dessert. There was a show featuring several local dances. The dancers changed costumes several times to represent the different dance styles. One... More

We went to Tinajas due to the rave reviews we read on Trip Advisor. It was an entertaining evening with a show, but overall, we left with mixed feelings. Here is my breakdown: Service: The service at Tinajas was far from exceptional. In fact, it was borderline unacceptable. This came to us as a surprise, as we enjoyed very good... More

Place is small, the food really sucks for the price you pay. Seems they like bananas a lot here, appetizer & main course with bananas! Not worth it, gets a little boring after watching 1 dance performance.
