Last minute decision to stop at the 873 cafe last night. We were a bit surprised to see the crowd, bud wandered on into the tavern section of the cafe. We really like the comfy feel of the tavern and we were surprised that although it was busy, we were tended to promptly and our orders taken. No waiting even... More

The café is in a great location with ample parking. The overall experience was very pleasant and the food was good, but for Pete's sake, kill the police interrogation lighting please. I sit at a computer monitor all day with harsh lighting above me, so during dining time with friends/family, one prefers to relax. The décor on the pub side... More

This is the ideal spot to grab breakfast on the weekends. Service is quick, food is very good, and prices are within the family budget.

We have eaten here several times and keep hoping it will improve. I think the bottom line is nice folks who don't know how to run or restaurant. If you don't mind waiting a long time or eating very average and bland food you might be satisfied. We try it again and always hope it will improve to the standard... More

Lots of locals stop here for meals, but I found it to be fairly average fare. Was hoping for something more interesting. But certainly better than fast fooding when you're heading up to NH on the main drag.

The staff is a little over worked on weekend but remain friendly. Service can be a bit slow but worth the wait as the food is delicious

I have gone here several times for lunch and breakfast and have been very happy each time. I usually get the owner as my waitress, so I must say the service has been excellent. I have not been in at night yet, but plan to soon as the bar is now open!

Worth the wait? First we will say... the food is great! This review is in reference to the Tavern, bar seats. Problem is... waiting for the food is painful! We have visited their new Tavern multiple times since opening day expecting a better experience, but each visit brings continued frustration. Here are the things that we have experienced: -They don't... More

My husband and I stopped at the 873 Cafe for breakfast on Saturday morning. The restaurant was pretty much full, and, considering that, we got out of there quickly--but only because I pushed. The food, as usual, was also quite good. My complaint, and the reason for the poor rating, is the waitress who was handling the "overflow" room. She... More
