Visited in November with my girlfriend. We sat down for lunch around 16 before going to the movies. I had fantastic mushroom soup. Really delicious. My girl had vegetable salad with mushrooms which was average at best. For our main course we had veal chop wich was blend and chewe. Definitely needs a sous vide treatment before grilling. Lady Waiter... More

Very neat restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes: local specialties, vegan options, meat and fish dishes... I had the "half warm" octopus, chickpea and balsamico salad and it was delicious. Very friendly staff as well, English speaking waiters, reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.

Best food I've had in Croatia. Try the Pasta Negre, it's amazing. Nice selection of organic wines as well.

This was a worthwhile destination restaurant in exploring the City. We sat outside and were given advice in selecting traditional dishes from Croatia. Given geography sea food is a great choice. A popular location it did not seem to be full of only tourists but also catered to locals of the city. It takes credit cards but not Euros as... More

Loacted on the peninsula, named after the 5 wells nearby, this is must stop in Zadar. The food was tremendous! The prices were very reasonable for the exceptional quality and presentation.

Came here upon the recommendation of the owners of Villa Liburnum (wonderful people). Had the Dalmatian steak the first night with gnocchi which was absolutely fabulous. Their house wine was really good too and i had several. I loved my meal so much that I ordered dessert, a rarity for me, and it was fantastic (I had this orange cream... More

Restaurant was recommended by a friend. When we got there, it was almost empty, so I had some doubts. Everything was great from that point - from young waiter who speaks great English, bread, meals (pasticada with gnocchi is great!). Definitely will come back!

After taking a chance with Pet Bunara (as it seems all restaurants in Zadar have some bad reviews) we had a great meal (sheep cheese start and duck) and received 1st class service throughout. Would recommend.

There is a reason this is no 5 on the recommended restaurants, although I am surprised it isn't higher. The sheeps cheese is beautiful, the cuttlefish ink dyed bread smelled and tasted so good and the meal (duck, cherry jus and breadcrumbed pasta) was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoy their trade which makes such a... More

Excellent value for money. The food was delicious, the decor was lovely and the service was excellent. We got 2 mains, a side, 4 glasses of house wine, 2 Cokes and a coffee, all for €35.
