They had a nice mood inside with a diner feel and comfortable furniture. The food was fine but they were quite sparse with fries to our burgers. Prices were reasonable. It is air-conditioned.

Whenever i came to Mandalay, Cafe City is where i always have dinner due to cozy environment and very good food. I prefer pizza, burger as well as steaks. Staffs are average but can't resist good taste. Price is normal range. Should try at-least once.

We ate here as we were craving some Western food. It was very nice with a really good selection of local beers.
But sometimes , you may have to wait like 15 mins coz of so crowded. And in holidays , the whole restaurant may be full.
