A memorable scene in the Ratatouille animation movie was when Anton the food critic had the first bite of the movie's namesake dish and had a flashback to his childhood days enjoying his mum's cooking. I went with my family to Al-Khayal restaurant and we loved it there are Turkish grills and if that's not for you there's shawerma sandwiches, there's also a wide variety of desserts and juices..Definitely a place to visit, only con is its a little crowded/full rather than that really great place..

I ate here with my wife. We enjoyed a mixed mezze with freshly baked bread. The Istanbul Grill was superb and the best part of the meal was the fantastic Kunafa. I recommend this restaurant. We'll be back.

This is one of the best Turkish restaurants in jeddah, the only thing you need to take into consideration when visiting this restaurant is the service and the staff attitude is something the resturant owners should look at. However the food quality is very good.

The food was mediocre. I do not believe this is an authentic Turkish restaurant, as advertised. Staff was not on top of things, does not give the appearance that they cared for customers. I guess there is always a first and last time...
