Excellent view on the deck overlooking the marina. Good selection of food. Food served relatively quickly. Well prepared and tasty. Well priced. Wait staff seemed to continually be dropping cutlery and food from plates. The deck has a smoking section as well which is not really well separated. They offer shisha here. I would return.

Victorian and regal local coffeehouse chain serving a range of house-roasted brews in a relaxed setting. Their espresso and macaroons made my day on a very dull day. Will definitely visit again soon.

It's on the Marina Mall in a perfect location with a beautiful view to the marina, you enjoy your breakfast or whatever surrounded by skyscrapers and in the middle is you and your company relaxing watching the boats and the yachts going up and down to the marina! Good food !

Being regulars to the Souk Al Bahar/Downtown Dubai branch of Shakespeare and co, we chose to spend our New Years Eve here and we were not disappointed! Firstly the location is perfect for those who want to catch the dubai water fountain show without standing in a large crowd and also for New Years Eve fireworks - you have the... More

My daughter and I dropped into Shakespeare and Company to grab a light meal that would hold us until dinner. We ordered the salad and tea. The decor was different and reminded us of a French/Continental parlour. The maitr'd described the restaurant cuisine as "Continental." We did not go up to the 2nd level. Wish we had. Overall the restaurant... More

best Cappuccino at very good price. Mogador cake (Chocolate with hazelnut) is awesome. My kids love Faisier cake which is strawberry cake with fresh cream, not easy to find it especially on Thursdays and Fridays. Very polite stuff in Ibn Battuta Mall, Jumeirah, Dubai Mall and Souq Al Bahar. Mini Cakes which they serve with the hot drinks are very... More

We lived right next to S&Co some 12 years ago & actually visited when it first opened. It was one of our favourite places for either a quick coffee or a delicious meal. Great to revise after all these years to find not only has it expanded it's Alfresco Dining area but the Food Selection has matched the growth...and it... More

The food is OK, the atmosphere and décoration are unique, giving a chic old ladies manour feel. I would recommend the Ice cream, the sorbets and the sweets, especially the mille-feuilles.

We ordered sheesha and Moroccan tea. The sheesha wasn't that good don't know why, as it made me cough again and again and nobody bothered to look at it. Place and location seems great but the place has Arabian look which is opposite to the name of the outlet.

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
