Visited this restaurant in Dubai Festival City Mall for dinner with my family and and sat outside as one gets to see the fountain in display at night as the ambience is good. Their choice of starters like bread and the main course like beef, chicken and prawns are good as there is a choice of fusion food including Mexican... More

After walking and walking in the mall, we came across a Chillis and the atmosphere seemed lively, lots of people eating, music playing, waiters smiling, so we sat down.

Ordered the old timer craft burger and added chilli as an addition. Staff were really great, burger was big, juicy and well done as requested. One of the best burgers i have had.

A restaurant which was always my favourite is now just another eatery. The food we ordered was so ordinary.... The steak was low on flavour, the mash was cold, stale and dry, the shrimps were supposed to be lemon and chilli - but seemed more like lightly steamed. When asked for some spicy or garlic sauce or butter, all they... More

When our daughters were growing up in Dubai going back some 16/17 years ago, Chillis was one of their "go to" venues especially for the desserts and milkshakes. The very first location for this franchise in the UAE was in Al Garhoud (still there) which we frequented at least twice a month on weekends. Our younger daughter is visiting us... More

Outstanding! The food was better than home and incredible service. TV on the table, interesting. The waiting was minimum. We got some great food suggestions. It is a family oriented restaurant, and at a great price. We experience a birthday song in arabic that we enjoyed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at chillis. I went for the Cajun chicken pasta which tasted incredible. Definitely one of the best pasta dishes I've had. Also, had the triple dipper starter which was superb. Would definitely recommend eating st chillis. They also happen to do amazing mojitos.

Had dinner at Chillis. My son has a number aof allergies to food and the staff were careful to ensure that the food prepared for him was safe to eat. The quality of food was good and portions quite large. The prices are not cheap but considering the quality of food, ambiance and portions served, it is well worth the... More

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
