Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A nice, quiet courtyard, with a cultural space dedicated to the Bolivian folk band The Maziz, offering a nice range of local and international food - including a lama steak. A pleasant setting, close to the main square, and well worth the few steps to...walk here. We enjoyed our lunch.More

Nice place, good atmosphere, drinks and food, Only downside was the cigarette smoke inside, we ended up leaving because of it.

It's something like a restaurant but also a pub. Young people and also tourist, many tourist as a matter of fact. Anyway you will choose dishes from a very long menu. Lama meat Is good (and fat free... if you don't eat fries...). Vegetarian food...Is also tasty. You won't leave Florin hungry for sure.More

I was blown away with how good the Curry Vegano was. It was the first time I’ve had such a well put together vegan dish at a non-vegan restaurant. The rest of my family loved the pique macho. Good service too.

Fun bar with great food and a really good selection of beers. I tried the cactus beer and two different IPAs. Food was very affordable and staff were very helpful.

This place is essentially a pub with simple meals. The music is pretty loud. The menu was an eclectic mix of Bolivian, Mexican, Italian and Thai. We opted for Mexican and it was tasty. The wait staff do not speak English. We tried coming back...a few days later, at an off-hour, and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the dining room, so we opted to go elsewhere.More

Had the quinoa burger, which was good. The first two beers I ordered were not available. I don't know why smiles are so hard to come by. I was alone and ate a the bar. The place was pretty busy. If I were to do...it over, I would go elsewhere.More

We ordered a beef in basil sauce with cooked veggies and fries, and a bife de chorizo with rice and veggies. Both options were wonderful, well we have to add that we were hungry since we were having our lunch at 17:00 and we didn't...eat since breakfast. Still the meat was soft and it had a good taste. The beers we ordered were craft beers from Sucre and they were an IPA and a black beer. Both were OK. We also have to add that there was no other clients in the restaurant, maybe everybody was getting ready for new years celebrations. I will go again in the future.More

The resteraunt is nice and clean. The prices are reasonable compared to other similar establishments in the vicinity of the main square, and the service was completely fine. I had Pad Thai and my partner had the vegitarian pasta. Both meals were cooked on the...raw side of al dente. Given that both meals were quite al dente, we assume this was on purpose. We felt the meals were quite stodgy as a result, but understand that some people may prefer this style of pasta.More

Visited florin last night and even though I live in Sucre it'll be my last time. Ordered the Greek sandwich. The menu says it's made with pan arabe, so I'm assuming some sort of pita style bread. It's basically a tortilla. It came with so...little meat (maybe 2 ounces) it was highway robbery. And the sandwich doesn't even come with fries, so I paid a whopping 50 b's for basically a taco and some fries. When I questioned the waiter about why my sandwich came with a tortilla instead of what the menu indicated, he argued with me! Said that they purchase tortillas for their Mexican food, but make the pan arabe in house. Whether or not they make it in house or not......it wasn't pan arabe. Amd je remarked in a very very sarcastic way that no one has ever asked that before! And to add insult to injury, it was cold!!! Imagine eating a cold flour tortilla for your dinner, disgusting. The food took forever to come, I'm assuming mine was the first to be ready and They just let it sit in the kitchen because other people at my table had piping hot food. And to make matters worse, my husband got stomach sick several hours later. Never again florin....I don't understand all the rave reviews. With lots of new restaurants in town, you're gonna have to step up your game!More

Of all the ‘tourist’ bistro spots in Sucre this is by far the best. Great food at a reasonable price and an excellent array of craft beer too!

A bit disappointed by the service. I order a Pisco sour that I sent back because it was 2/3 of form (egg) and 1/3 of drink. She came back with an other one, exactly the same. I told her but she was just laughing saying...“this is how it is”... And the glass is really small. She had really issue with the proportion.... As a bartender, I know what I’m talking about.! So we didn’t stay for diner....:More

One of a few restos owned by the same chef, and their ingredients and spicing made our order of quesadillas literally the best we have had...ever. Eclectic menu, influenced by the owner's Dutch husband.

We arrived and ordered our dishes at 8:30 pm. One hour later, at 9:30 pm, when we were starving to death, the waitress came saying that one of our orders was not available. One hour later!!! Unbelievable!!! We were treated like nothing happened and were...charged for the drinks, without even an apology for the inconvenient episode.More
