We were recommended by the hotel, the restaurant helps young Cambodians by training them in the restaurant trade. The food was locally based and excellent, the tree ant and beef stir fry was delicious. My wife had beef and said it was equally lovely. You...More

The food, atmosphere & staff at Marum are wonderful! We enjoyed it so much we went twice. Every dish was delicious and the service from both teacher and student waiters was perfect! Highly recommend eating here.

We ordered the set menu at Marum for a late lunch after viewing the temples. The food was excellent, and it was impressive that it is produced and served by students. It was nice to try some traditional dishes but without the stress of no...More

Marum is a haven of tranquility in Siem Reap. It is a training kitchen for junior chefs but the food was the best we had in Cambodia. The tea tree smoked chicken was one of my top ten taste sensations ever!More

While this restaurant is pricey compared to many of the typical offerings around Siem Reap it is well worth it. I would put the quality on par with some of the finer hotels in Cambodia but it is a training institute. I ate here a...More

Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!
