Actually, it is not far from the main road, 50 meters into the alley, hidden inside and very quiet, with fans and tables on the grass, many cats passing by. The employees are all locals and very friendly. The set meal is $4 and provides coffee, dessert and fruit of your choice, which is great value. It is recommended to change the coffee beans, the taste is too light, of course you can also add concentrate. Some locals brought their children to buy bread after school. I think the bread must be very delicious. Today I only ate muffins, which were very sweet. Especially this kind of support for women and children in the community is very helpful. Today I saw an employee's husband bringing his daughter to eat here, and the warm daily life of the locals can be felt here.

Bayon Pastry School is a great coffee shop, they have a wide variety of good food that changes every so often, they have fresh ingredients, they do not pre-make it, and It will want to make you eat every last crumb. Their drinks are really good, personally I tried the Mango smoothie and it was Delicious. Their sandwiches all come with great salads, and their pastries are great. They serve a lot of food for a cheap price as well unlike other shops, you might be full after eating a singular thing off the lunch menu.

The ethos of this delightful coffee shop is 5 star and for that alone a visit should be made I had a lovely smashed avocado on toast with a hard boiled egg. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. My husband had the same but with two fried eggs. Unfortunately his two fried eggs were cold and we presumed they were placed on one side whilst my boiled egg cooked. Coffee was hot but could have been a bit stronger. Service a little slow I would definitely go back as the negatives highlighted were far outweighed by the positives. Would recommend a visit.

We had an amazing brunch set here and will absolutely go back. They have cheap deals where you can get drinks and a combination of sweet and savoury dishes. We had the panini with ham and cheese, chocolate brioche and almond croissant all of which were delicious. On top of this the funds help support the pastry school which provides free training and education to locals to work as pastry chefs which is an excellent cause to support. The drinks were also great. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for breakfast and lunch or a coffee and snack.

Decided I needed a bit of a wander to kill some time in Siem Reap, and discovered Bayon Pastry School on Google Maps of all places. A social enterprise at its core, the venue supports women to engage with schooling, learn the art of baking, to support the growth of local produce and to learn agricultural skills. My visit was a quiet one; only one other guest in the venue who had her nose comfortably in a book the entire time (a perfect way to spend your day!) Because it's a bit of a trek to get here, I would consider the coffee shop a hidden gem, but well worth the wander (or tuk-tuk trip). The space is gorgeously furnished, very comfortable, and cool in the daytime sun. Service staff were prompt, polite, and answered all questions with capable English. My iced coffee was _perfect_ and really hit the spot! The absolute treat here, however, is the pastry window by the counter. The venue makes all delicacies in-house, and has a slightly rotating menu of specials on their chalkboard. The croissants are DIVINE and worth returning for. There are set-menus to consider as well that include fruit salad, pastries and a coffee, but I say choose your own adventure. You will not be disappointed by your visit to Bayon.

Bayon pastry school offers free education for kids and also a pastry course/certification for young disadvantages women. When you eat there you help finance (a little) their training. Food is delicious (I had blue cheese burger, passion fruit cheesecake and fresh fruit smoothie).

Tucked away in a quiet spot down a lane a short tuk tuk ride away from the main shopping district, this cafe is a gem. We had brunch, and the food was exceptional quality; the butter croissant I had was as good as any I have had in France and the pumpkin quiche was absolutely delicious. My wife had a panini and cake of the day and they were delicious too. The cafe supports a school that teaches young Cambodian women to be pastry chefs so it’s a good cause as well as great food, attentive service and a lovely ambiance. A must to visit in Siem Reap.

This is actually a backery school with a small restaurant. All the food was great. Before we moved on to from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh we asked the driver to stop here in the morning for fresh croissants and pain chocolate. Student learn how to make bread and run a shop great initiative. And last but not least a great service with a smile!

Bayon is a cafe that is supporting young women in the local society. I went for breakfast and had a coffee, almond croissant and chocolate cake for a total of 5 USD. The croissant was very good and had a nice filling, too. I gave the chocolate cake to somebody else who really enjoyed it, I could not eat more after the croissant. The place is very quiet so it is a good place to relax and spend time with a coffee and cake, although it is a bit far from the city centre/Pub Street.

A quiet and very pleasant place for lunch. The salads, burgers and quiches are generous and delicious, the bread excellent and the desserts remarkable (I recommend the chocolate ones). You will also be doing a good deed by supporting the Pastry School, which each year allows around twenty young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to access careers in cooking and pastry.

My family and I visited Bayon Pastry School twice during our short trip, just because it was that good! The young women who were managing the cafe were very kind and friendly to us - and we felt at ease at this open-space cafe. The food is the main highlight, everything we ate was delicious - we kept ordering seconds, especially the pastries. Highly recommend a visit here!

From breakfast to afternoon tea and midday snacking, this pastry school offers food and drinks in a soothing shaded garden. For our part, we tried the pastries: chocolate tart or really delicious passion fruit cheesecake! And what's more, the educational project to give disadvantaged children a job is at the center of the place since all sales of the café are intended to finance it.

A nice little cafe very peaceful, quiet and isolated from the rest of the city. The salty and sweet food is excellent. In addition, coming here allows to finance the Bayon school and train in cooking especially what is a beautiful project
