We stopped for dinner and to try Ukrainian borsch. Borsch was good, served with three supplements. Rupsteaks (Istrian style and in green pepper sauce) were also tasty. Waitress was polite.

Just fantastic. Food is incredible. Try roast veal (teleče pečenje), fuzili with truffles, sweet ravioli. It is likely that the whole menu is great - we just haven't had enough time to try everything. Highly recommended.

We enjoy delicious food at this restaurant. There is a space decorated as a patio, with plants and lampposts. But instead of using the air-conditioning, the owner opens the windows and you hear the traffic of the "Nova Cesta" and breath their smoke. What a pity (instead of 5 stars, this site falls to 3 stars). We were at 30... More

The best veal I have ever tasted, perfectly made in traditional bakery oven. Excelent with cabage, fantastic. The kids loves the Grandma Ravioli, I tasted it too, best I have tried so far :-) And the sweet ravioli for dessert, just fantastic. The owner does this for passion, not for money, that is for sure :-) Its a 5 minute... More

My local friends took me to this restaurant and I was so amazed at the excellent food I had to go again on my own. My apetite is clearly not as huge as locals as the portions and number of courses were huge so I had half portions which was excellent and allowed me to eat a little of everything.... More

Went there on 11 July 2011, the place is on the main street, so you get to see and hear the traffic. The food is well cooked but nothing to blow you away, meat dishes seem to dominate the menu. For 1 starter, 2 mains with sides and coke and water we paid 250 kunas. Portions are big, but food... More

You certainly know that the best restaurants locals like are not the ones on the main square, main street or on the coast line. For this one it is certainly worth looking fora little bit. It is located on the main road (upper one) near Billa supermarket. We were there on a slow Sunday afternoon which turned out to be... More

The restaurant is located a bit off and doesn't look much when u enter. BUT what an experience!! Cheap and very clean home style cook with very generous portion. Roasted veal, blitva (mangold) and risotto with mushrooms are warmly recommended. I am definitely going back there again.

Best veal shanks in this region of Croatia. Pot roasted to perfection, with young spring potatoes and a side ricola salad. Order in advance and the table is set for you and your party. The shank comes right from the oven. However, start with local mistletoe brandy. At the end skip the home made coffe, instead slowly sip espresso ristretto.... More
