My boyfriend and I did the cooking class at Millets of Mewar. We got to choose the dishes we wanted to make and spent 2 hours learning, tasting and eating. It was great and would recommend for those wanting to learn more about Indian cooking.

Went to this restaurant based on the outstanding reviews and the commentary in the guidebooks. Only wanted an evening snack, so were somewhat disappointed to find the food quite poor, and not really living up to expectations. Lacked good flavour and didn't feel special.

We visited Millets of Mewar for an evening meal and we weren’t disappointed. The Chana masala, egg plant curry and lemon rice were delicious. Plus the millet cookies were superb! The atmosphere was relaxed and all the food was great value (mains max 200 rupees)....More

This place has the usual indian food like all other places in town, but the selection of organic and vegan food and even gluten free was spectacular. We went over for brunch and ordered the pancakes, and the Muesli + fresh fruits in coconut milk....More

Worst tali I ate in India. Indian dishes are really bad (especially the rajasthani curry) but western food is ok. Prices are ok too.

Without question the best food in Udaipur if you are looking for a healthy option. Also fantastic for breakfast. Lovely views from the rooftop towards the Palace and over the lake. Service leisurely but part of the charm

When we were there 3 weeks ago they did. You just need to contact them and/or give them 24 hour notice so they can coordinate your trip. A day in advanced should not be a problem.enjoy!!

This restaurant started five years ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.
