Found this restaurant when we were initially looking for a breakfast spot. It was attached to the Royal Tunjung hotel in Jl Padma Utara. A 50K (to start with and increased to 60K as patronage grew) all you can eat breakfast buffet, with a bacon and egg station to order. It had the usual continental offerings (e.g. cereal, toast pastries,... More

We stopped by here as they had some great specials on their boards (free juices with mains) and it was empty (there are 8 of us..3 adults and 5 kids) and I am glad we did. I personally had the best meal I have had in 13 nights in Bali. The Ayam Betutu (Balinese spiced chicken) was tender and superb!... More

The meals at Muku are very affordable with Asian meals at around 50,000 rupiah, the chicken fried rice was very good with excellent spice paste to be added to your taste however my wife ordered a European meal which was below average. The restaurant had very good air conditioning which was very welcomed on a very hot day.

We went to Muku thinking it would be a little up market as it was behind glass doors and air-conditioned. We ordered the all you can eat BBQ which was nice- it included rice, satays, prawns, pork spare ribs, salad and soup, all for 100,000 Rp. Then we ordered desert - apple pie looked good until we lifted off the... More
