I went to Aceq while visiting family who live in the area. Everything was absolutely delicious, high-quality comfort food. The menu changes depending on what's fresh and good. Service was just like the food, great, but not overdone. Staff was attentive, but casual (in a good way). The owner knows my family by name, and came by a couple times... More

I've eaten at Aceq three times now since July 2016 and have had consistently outstanding vegetarian dishes. And even though there is only one option on the menu, they clearly change it up, as all three times the ingredients were different from the previous time.

We walked into this great spot in the afternoon and met Micheal, the owner. We asked if he could do a tasting menu with wine supplement for dinner that evening. He asked what time and that started a great food day! We arrived back at 7pm to glasses of a delightful Argentine Rose with Bison tacos. Next a delicious heirloom... More

Another Gem for Arroyo Seco! The new chef is doing a fantastic job! As the menu is constantly changing and loaded with surprises the staples on the menu rotate as well but omg are they good! Cheese curds in Taos!! Awesome! The braised buffalo tacos are finger licking good...literally. Because Micheal is seasonally driving the menu the the Brussels sprouts... More

This small and cozy farm-to-table restaurant is about 20 minutes from the Taos Plaza. It was recommended by a local from Arroyo Seco. I would call the atmosphere casual eclectic with a trendy feel. We walked in around 8 p..m,, and had no wait for a table, although there were several tables already occupied. My husband ordered the seared seabass... More

So glad to report that the recent changes at Aceq have only strengthened their place in my heart. The menu continues to offer a pleasing variety of local ingredients, with small plates, as well as bigger entrees, to share or enjoy for yourself! At a recent visit, we shared the delicious tiny, but at the same time abundant, bison tacos... More

Couscous to start .Mediterranean plate with lamb, pork tenderloin & fish dish. We're all good but the broth the fish was setting was too hot. It brought down the wonderful piece of meat A nice red wine from Dixon with a great price per glass

We booked just to make sure our party of six could be accommodated. Popular place with a menu which changes regularly. I had salmon which was some of the best I've had, others had vegetarian options an one person had elk stew. Desserts were all good, beer and wine selections had plenty of variety. Great service and good atmosphere too.

After decades visiting the Taos area, we made our way to Arroyo Seco for dinner. We arrived at dusk and immediately regretted not coming earlier to explore the little town more. Dinner at ACEQ was great. Creative dishes with excellent flavor. Though pricey, my lamb dish was top notch. Great wine list and beers on tap. Distinct desserts to cap... More
