The food here is top quality. I like sushi and often look for new places. Forget it! Nowhere does the quality of ingredients match Minato. You can actually taste the difference. Everything is fresh and well presented. Too bad they are not opened on weekends.

The decoration and style are nice. The host and the water were with great intentions. The served dishes were beautify by tiny, full of mayo sometime on the top or the side and sometime part of the roll. The adaptation to a taste of a mayo lover makes it impossible to be called a Japanese restaurant.

Went back to Minato for lunch and was disappointed... this time we were much later than the lunch rush and the quality of food wasn't as good as before. The rice wasn't very fresh tasting and overall just a mediocre experience. The specials this time were really not special and a horrible value for money. I also ordered delivery the... More

The food was divine. We asked the waitress to order us whatever she thought for two couples. We had a range of dishes, some sushi, but mainly unusual Japanese dishes that we hadn't had before. It was mega expensive but to be fair, we hadn't asked to look at any prices on the menu so the waitress did have carte... More

Ordered a table for 8 people. After 2 hours of seating at the table the main courses still weren't served, the manager said cynically "We are not messing around", we asked to cancel the order and left. I should mention that the first courses and Sake were served but it came one dish at a time and not everything simultaneously.... More

Food is very expensive. Inside its way too cold and outside its way too noise - right next to a night club. We will most probably not go back there.
