Supposed to be one of the best places to eat out, but was not up to expectations. The setting is nice, not exceptional, after a long wait the food arrived, the fish was delicious and other dished were poor. Expensive, fair.

We enjoyed a plentiful, hot and tasty Friday night dinner at the Herbert Samuel. It was expensive, but no more so than every other hotel Friday night dinner in Israel. For a relatively small restaurant there was food aplenty and the atmosphere was less frenetic...More
