They asked me if I wanted very spicy or med spicy. I asked for little spice and I got very spicy. I think they already had it made. Otherwise very good. See my photo. 180 baht.

We decided to come here as we were staying in the hotel. Dinner was good, just over priced for what you get. As for the breakfast buffet, don't even bother. Hardly anything to choose from, not very tasty food, and not worth the cost to get in. Better places to spend your morning

Near the Long Beach Hotel, this small restaurant serves Thai and Indian food. I would recommend you try the Indian menu, the quality of the food is very good, very tasty curries and dahls, it is bit more expensive than the usual Thai food in the area, but for a change it is worth it. The decor of the restaurant... More

We went looking for an Indian meal but were very disappointed. The restaurant does an odd mix of different cuisines and we couldn't help feeling that it would be better to stick to one and be really good at it. The service was incredibly slow and not particularly friendly, the portions were mean and it definitely was overpriced for what... More

I am a fan of Indian / Bangladeshi cooking, so I was keen to try this place. Like many restaurants in this tourist town, it tries to offer a range of cuisines, including Scandinavian, Italian, and Thai as well as Indian. This is fine if you can do them well. This place does not. The selection of Indian dishes was... More

Before we went to Cha-am this month we searched net and TA for Indian / Vegetarian food and found very few places, among them Aree. We took two dinners here and enjoyed the food. A small, hard to find homely place. Food prepared was good, tasty and reasonably priced. May not be the best Indian food in Thailand, but is... More

The guy that served us lacked any personality and didn't smile throughout his entire interaction with us. The Indian food was appalling. Microwaved packet popadams set the standard which was followed by bland, over buttered sauces. The only place inn two weeks of travelling that I didn't feel warranted a tip

A lot of older norwegians eating here, but the food is very good and the service is good. The restaurant tends to be pretty busy.

Thank Marius H
