Description
Galenus farm named comes from "Galenus" (A physician from 131 AD, who grew up in Pergamon).

We serve healthy dishes from the Ancient Roman cuisine, Byzantine cuisine and Ottoman cuisine, using organic herbs and vegetables in our farms following ancient physician Galenus' old research boks, adding up recipes from the old cookbook 'Apicius' and 'Testum' as we rediscover these sources.

Additionally, we provide ancient physician's cosmetics using Asia Minor organic materials, such as; Anzer honey, olive oil, hazelnut oil and many others.

In Galenfarm, breakfasts are served in Turkish style; with Aegean cheese, Black Sea Region's Anzer honey, Galenfarm's ancient seasonings. During lunch and evening meals, ancient wine named 'mulsum', Lagan of Roman period, Galenus meatballs, Cilicia's 'Manti', Lycia's 'kebap', dishes from Byzantine and Ottoman periods, a pudding from the ancient cookbook 'Apicius', lemonade prepared as in ancient recipes, along with modern Turkish home-cooked meals and home-made sweets are waiting for our customers.

We have Free Fortune telling from Turkish coffee and wearing class of antique clothes, Antalya B-grade gourmet tour, Antalya Historical walking tour, Turkish home cooking class, Turkish herb & spice class and Turkish herbal cosmetic making class.
