Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The breads are very hard and stale, I think we ate the leftover products from yesterday, and the prices are expensive compared to other places

I understand that this isn't what the bakery is called now. But there is one in the exact same place. It is fabulous. 15TL pet cake (Big enough to share) They are delicious, The chocolate éclair was the best I have ever tasted!! and at...8TL it is nothing! Come back a few times before we went home. IT IS A MUST TRY.More

Sadly the Doruk closed some weeks ago. Its premises are now occupied by Side Fırın, a similar but different business. A new listing would be appropriate.

We went here a few times on our last holiday. Just off the main roundabout where macdonalds is -basically cross the road and go down a side street. I enclose a photo of their sign which is outside. Cakes are amazing, including chocolate eclairs. Baklava...is a little expensive but they made up a box for us to fly home which was excellent. Friendly staff and frequented by locals which is always a good sign. Good coffee too. Highly recommended.More

Please please find this absolute gem!.. Up from Burger King, left turn street ,on the right hand side of street. Just looks like a coffee shop, but step inside & it’s cake heaven!.. We had takeaway chocolate eclairs one night. Scrumptious, light as a feather bite size eclairs...for pennies! Returned on another night & bought a chocolate cake to take away . This cake is the most Devine cake I’ve ever eaten,so light & fluffy & the filling just melts in your mouth. It took me three go’s to finish this cake as I wanted to savour the flavour & definitely not a one portion cake . At approximately £1.50 in price a massive bargain. Got to be the best place in Side for cake & I’m sure the coffees etc would be just as fabulous. Lovely friendly staff who treated us just as well as the “eat in “ customers. Find this amazing place & you won’t be disappointed!....More

Coffee, Baklava and ice cream to die for. Pleasant staff and spotlessly clean. A definite must do whilst staying in Side. Iced coffee is lovely and to be recommended.

Well used by both locals and tourists. We only went once this time, but got a selection of rolls and pastries to take on flight home. Always good.

Oh gosh! If we had found this bakery/patisserie/cafe earlier in our stay it would have been difficult to stay away. Superb patisserie as well as a fine selection of biscuits, celebration cakes and breads. We ate in and watched the world on the 'roundabout '...go by as we consumed the most delicious confections. Yum.More

The food here is lovely. We ate the toasties at lunchtime and also had the burgers at dinner time and as for the cakes they are out of this world. We had no problems with service whatsoever, the waiters were all really attentive. The only...downside is having to choose just one cake as they are all so amazing. Would recommend the frozen juices as well.More

The food here is fantastic. The cheeseburgers and toasties are wonderful and the range of cakes and pastries are incredible but the service let both visits down badly. we had to order our food 4 times and it still came out wrong. took 20 minutes...and 3 requests for our drinks to arrive.we frequently have lunch or coffee here when in side but this will be our last time.More
