Super friendly Brit staff serving the best mezzo for 2 in Calis Beach. The esine cheese is amazing and everything is priced at a level that will please everyone. It’s worth the walk to the end of the promenade to spend time here.

Carol and Guven are the perfect hosts in this wonderful wee gem of a restaurant. Carol is from Accrington in Lancashire so I was able to talk to her about the Stanley FC and the Pals. The food is beautifully home cooked, and really tasty....The locals eat here which proves how good it is. The patio is perfectly placed to witness the most amazing sunsets, better than anywhere else on the beach promenade. Carol even came out after we left to check that we managed to catch a dolmus back to our accommodation at Diana Residence. We are looking forward to returning in May this year.More

We originally went to Guven's to watch a Spurs match on telly after I had emailed and asked if they had access to premier league matches. Carole emailed back and said she was sure Guven would be able to get it,,,,, he did...! They were...in the middle of doing some renovation work and organised the big leather settees around a table in front of the telly and proceeded to spoil us. Great beer, great pide, excellent service and great company. We returned the next night and were welcomed with open arms once again. It's in an excellent position for sea, sand, cool vibes,and relaxation, as we discovered the next day when we called for lunch and a nice cold beer. Thank you So Much Carole and Guven. Very friendly owners and a pleasure to visit. Food and drink very reasonable. The sun beds are right on the waterfron and the bar nicely in the shade. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for five years not including the two recent years we would all like to forget . It's about time I let everyone else know how good it is . This time we visited for a Turkish breakfast the first morning..., for lunch , for dinner and for our last meal before leaving for the airport . All the meals were excellent and great value for money . In the evening you get a free puffer bread with dill butter and a nuclear chilli tomato sauce and the casserole mains come with rice, side salad and chips , the salads are huge and great with a pide for lunch However what makes the place even better is the location .You look directly out over the bay and can either watch the paragliding or the sunset depending on the time of your visit Top it off with friendly and helpful owners and staff and it really is our favourite place for a relaxing mealMore

Visited a couple of times last week and found it very warm and friendly. Good food and great seafront location. Carol and Guven make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Love going to Guvens. Beautiful location,good food. and always friendly. Carole and Guven are open all year and do lots to support all of the Community. There's Turkish and other Nationalities including Brits who frequent Guvens which I feel makes for a good vibe.

We went to guvens on our last day of our holiday following a recomendation from a Facebook group , and have to say it was excellent we had a great meal there and the only thing that was wrong is that we found it on...our last day . Will certainly be back next year great food great locationMore

I have been coming to this fantastic place for 4 years and the English lady who is usually here is fab.. however this year 3 visits haven’t been good at all.. 5 of us waited 1,5 hours after being served bread and food ok at...best... then we came tonight ~ 2 of us and were served starters and mains together which isn’t ideal... there’s a number of staff that look like they don’t know what they’re doing and even struggle to get drinks... Hate to write this as every other year couldn’t fault place... need to sort it guvens 🙁More
