Thenrestaurant is situated on the 16th floor at Waldorf Astoria and the view is very nice. The presentation and the quality of food is very very good. But the service we had by Pooja was just outstanding. We felt like being at home. Thanks. Being in RAK, you should try this place. It is not cheap, but money worth

Okay, we must admit that we have known the chef of Marjan, Mr. Munir, for more than 15 years when he was still at the Arabian restaurant at Ritz Carlton Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. And he has evolved to a real Chef, creating his own, ever so delicious, signatures dishes. His attention to details and creativity makes the Arabian kitchen... More

We decided to have our dinner at this restaurant, the restaurant is located in the 16th floor at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al-Khaimah , nice and cosy, quit fancy. We were greeted very nicely and given a table for four people although we were only two. The menu was well written and well elaborated, someone really put his effort to explain... More

I've always had a soft spot for Middle eastern cuisine having been brought up in Dubai, but Marjan has taken it couple of notches beyond. Set in an almost regal ambience with an extremely attentive service the food which was served to us was so visually beautiful. Succulent meats and one of the best Arayes I've ever eaten. Tad heavy... During my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in RAK, M and I had lunch at Marjan, an eclectic Middle Eastern restaurant with a menu created by the famed Joe Barza from Lebanon and art created by Sasan Nasernia. This was an unusual choice for me, and I'm going to go out on a limb and make a daring confession: Middle... More

Design and ambience is very posh. Music too loud. Staff attentive but not at all times. For such an expensive and way too overpriced restaurant must be done bigger job to improve customer experience Food portions are small and expensive. Table linen had holes, but no wrinkles Linen napkin has been folded nicely however had oil stains all over it... More

Our family stayed at Waldorf Astoria for 4 nights and visited Marjan for 2 dinners already. Delicious Arabic food with wonderful service. The Camels, Lamb chops, Gazelle Steak, hummus in various favors are "must try". The traditional coconut pudding, the Arabic coffee and Dates are great desserts after dinner. We must mention the service from Nijin is super, he is... More
