Visited on a recommendation that this was the place to go in Hội An and was a little disappointed. The food was ok but nothing special, my wife had the crispy pancakes and they were extremely greasy with very little filling. Other than that there...was nothing wrong it just wasn’t that special , we’ve eaten better food for a lot cheaper in other locations.More

Visited Morning Glory with my wife and teenage son. The ambience is amazing. Food is cooked in an oval ‘kitchen’ immediately in front of the entrance in the ground floor so diners downstairs can witness the full on hustle and bustle of an extremely busy...kitchen along with all the sounds and aromas that go with it. We actually sat upstairs as it was a little cooler (and quieter) but the surroundings are no less pleasant. Very French colonial. My wife and I ordered sautéed prawns in coconut. The menu explains that the dish is served in the whole shell of a young coconut with the flesh still present but we still couldn’t fail to be impressed when our meals arrived. There were a good number of large prawns in the dish and the whole was full of flavour. Our son has the grilled pork belly with The pork was, as is not unusual with pork belly, rather fatty (but this is what carries the flavour) but the meat was delicious and the sauce a perfect compliment. We all shared a dish of ‘roll your own’ pork spring rolls which came with a rice paper wrap, rice flour roll, lettuce, unripened banana and a satay style dip, along with a plate of ‘regular’ rice flour spring rolls and stir fried morning glory. Gorgeous. Absolutely not the cheapest restaurant in Hoi An, I felt the beer was a little overpriced for the area at £2.50? for a bottle of Tiger but the overall experience with the quality of the meal makes it very much worth the price and it’s still massively cheaper than the U.K. Three of us ate as above with just the one desert (slightly mashed frozen banana with coconut cream poured over) with 2 beers, 2 juices and an iced lemon tea for around £40.00.More

Aye busy place with various trading names built into a central dispense kitchen , fast furious , full of tours , food was greasy. Pork was extremely fatty and dry with no rendering. Duck was below par and the vegetables with it oily . Cheap...bill and it’s fairly clean . But there’s no way I’d return . Staff seemed lost in the thick of it .Chicken dumpling’s raised raring to 2 stars , otherwise it’s a no brainier.More

The food was DELICIOUS!! staff were knowledgeable about gluten free making it really easy. The fried spring rolls were gluten free and the prawns in a coconut was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The cocktails were also great and staff were...happy to swap the tequila to rumMore

Recommended to us by local boatman. Table on balcony overlooking night market. Food outstanding. Service excellent and good local prices. Would recommend for super evening meal off the busy street . Try the white Rose dumplings and crispy crab wontons.

Very busy restaurant, we were seated upstairs which was lovely. The menu had pictures which I’m not a fan of, however it was really useful as we were unsure what to order. The food and service were really good, especially as it was packed. In...fact we ate here again and took some friends because it was really good.More

Great tasty food at a very reasonable price a must if in Hoi An, at least once. Very busy, staff went out of their way to explain the menu and how to put the dishes together.

I never go to the same restaurant twice when I’m holiday and I did here, so this says a lot! It’s like a one stop shop of all the amazing dishes from this area in Vietnam that you want to try, along with other Vietnamese...classics and so much more. It’s a huge restaurant and they handle the volume of people really well. Excellent quality, fresh, vibrant, delicious food. Every dish on both our trips were perfection. Service was very good and prices reasonable. Almost 17K mostly excellent reviews at this point. Believe it and do not miss dining here on your trip. They deserve all the trade.More

Good selection of delicious Vietnamese food and excellent service from attentive staff. They tweaked the dipping sauces to accommodate an ingredient I don’t care for too! Tamarind chicken and Fish steamed in a banana leaf were both excellent.
