The cakes are small and expensive, the coffee shop is not open on weekends. Duh! People only shop there because of the Hansel and Gretel design shop with grass on the roof. Spare yourself the trip, there are better cakes in L-MyRoad

Lilienberg makes one of the best cakes in Japan. The main part of the business is the cake shop, which always have a long queue to get in. It also has a cafe, though it is closed in busy season for shops (e.g. December). The owner was trained in Vienna, but I recommend his own creative cakes more than Sacha... More

As they reopened today after summer holidays, I walked up from Shinyurigaoka Staion. Maybe 10-15minutes walk along the wide road so you would not miss it. Luckily not so many waiting line, I could buy Sachertorte and Mont Blanc aux marrons as planned. I have not yet eaten ' em waiting for my family return home, so cannot report about... More

It's not a restaurant - it's a pastry shop. And quite a good one. Don't let the name confuse you - the actual name is "Lilienberg", which is simply the German translation of the place this pastry shop is close to: Yurigaoka 百合ヶ丘 ("Lily Hill").
