Umeya Restaurant features the traditional kitchen of Kagoshima using local and fresh ingredients. Our vision is to keep alive Kagoshima's art of cooking Shabu-Shabu which is slightly boiled sliced beef, chicken or pork with vegetables along with local appetizers, sashimi and daily specials. You will appreciate the delicious dishes with authentic local drink called Shochu made of sweet-potatoes. You are welcome to come and discover Umeya's delicious menu!
