Came during lunch hours. Food was normal but not reasonably priced ie: 20bucks for a small vege soup.Service was fast though. Environment was clean yet not very inviting. No Mango and sticky rice, even it was on the menu, the waiter said they were sold out even though they usually have them(really?) Since there is not much customers in the... More

One of the most consistent restaurant in quality and price. All time hits are otak-otak, beef slices with vegetables and gravy, deep fried soft shell crab and their legendary sweet Thai style milk iced tea. This is one of the safest place to go for any occasion.

There is just so much goodness in the menu that you can order. Or you can go for the basics of a type of fish, tom yam, prawn dish and fragrant white rice. And a side of greens too, preferably salted fish kailan. Must return.

Extremely small portion, extremely slow cooking…even forget one dish from our order, the taste is not good, and its pricy.

Second dinner in 5 years time. Food is delicious like before. Should upgrade to have an air conditioning room in future.

Food very nice but the price abit costly. You need to call for reservation, otherwise, you may not get a table. Food serve abit slow. Overall good~

We went there on two consecutive days on the island. The star dishes include Otak-otak in coconut (I think they named it "steamed seafood in creamy curry sauce"), Pandan leave chicken, tom yam soup (if you can take the spice!). They did not have the mango salad or mango sticky rice available during our visits although I head they are... More

This restaurant was recommended by two friends of mine. It's a "must" to visit if you are Tomyam lover! A group of us visited Wan Thai on 29.8.16 and we love its tomyam so much! Thumb up for you... Besides tomyam, we ordered steam fish, pandan chicken, omelette, Kerabu mango, soft shell crabs, mixed veggie etc. Its price are reasonable,... More

Took a bit of finding as it runs parallel to the road into Kuah, but seeing how busy it was, it was well worth the visit. Really authentic tasting dishes and not all fish dishes, which made a change for Kuah. Price was reasonable also and service I thought was quite professional.
