Buttery flaky crust filled with smooth egg custard that's not too sweet. Must try along this street. Just at the back door is another street art that one can take photos too.

Best egg tart - flaky crust, the filling is just the right consistency and taste. Not too sweet and none of the bright yellow artificial colouring used by some other egg tart makers.

Whenever we visit Penang we always visit the Ming Xiang Tai Pastry shop on Penang Road. It has the best egg tarts.. freshly made and tasty! We love that it has remained unchanged.

I rate it as the best egg tart in penang. Very reasonable price and alot variety of pastries. And it's good to bring back their good packing as a souvenir to your friends and family from penang

We tried one salted egg and two egg tarts (total 6.75). Wasn’t bad, but for our taste buds nothing special. You wouldn’t miss anything if you don’t go. If this was helpful in any way, please leave a like.

Egg tart crust is very crispy, crumbles in your mouth. Egg custard is also sufficiently flavorful and tender. Rest of the food there is meh. Ask the right person and they'll give you a free sample.
