This is a small restaurant, about ten minutes from centre of town (cab should be RM15). It was fairly full when we visited, so maybe worth booking. The host was very pleasant and got our table sorted quickly. There's a good selection of local dishes...More

Nice atmosphere however, despite some rave reviews, I humbly found the food to be bland and so so only. I've eaten similar dishes from the villages and it tasted a lot better. Am not too particular about the price if the food tasted good. Yes,...More

Service is friendly and helpful and ambiance is nice. Food wise, a little bland for my taste. Overall, a nice place to bring visitors but eating as a local, I think i would head for other cheaper (and yummy) options.

For me, the overly decorated restaurant with chandeliers and Dayak motifs provided a very pseudo-cultural and up-scale ambience, which is perfect for a relaxing night-out. Service is hesitant but otherwise helpful and friendly. Since it was my first time trying Dayak cuisine, I have thoroughly...More

At the.Dyak we serve Dayak cuisine prepared with culinary technique and served on Dayak kitchenware. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Air-conditioned with free WiFi. Smokers enjoy al-fresco dining. Open from 11:30am till last order at 8:30 pm every day including public holidays. Close on Sundays. Our table is not kosher as we serve pork.
