I have been a loyal Gong Cha supporter till recently when i realise that the milk they are giving is becoming less. I no longer want to visit Gong Cha as it is pricey and the staff are not very giving. I asked for a tad bit extra foam and they charged me without telling me they were going to.... More

The best 奶蓋綠茶 in the world. Milk is a bit salty to my taste. They have other tasty tea too. Member get free points during birthday month which can redeem like 1 or 2 free drinks.

The signature green tea, winter melon tea and brown sugar earl grey tea are my favourites! You can change the sugar level (not for the last two drinks though) and ice level if you wish.

Dear gong cha klcc, I was at your outlet today 10/10/14 at 2pm. I truly do not understand your business ethics. Why do you give your drinks to those who paid later than those who paid earlier? From what I saw, drinks were made when ordered. Why was mine not made when I bloody paid for it and you processed... More

This is my favorite Taiwanese tea chain store. I used to be addicted to the wintermelon tea and roselle tea. The toppings are some of best I have ever tasted. I really suggest ordering the wintermelon tea.

Gong Cha can be found in most malls around Klang Valley. When it comes to the Taiwanese tea craze I would rate this chain as the best. Beats Chatime or Ochado hands down. Similar selections like the others however the tea & toppings taste so much better. Also have to note they do provide one of the better services around.... More

Gong Cha is another "milk tea" brand for me. I only drink pearl milk tea without ice in any of the stall. And so, i ordered the same in Gong Cha. The taste was slightly different from others. There was one unique soya taste in it. I found it very special as I was able to try something new (taste)... More
