This place has two locations - one next to the CTM and the other in the medina. Had gelatto at the former and the gnocchi bolognese with a large latte at the latter. Wonderful.

Very nice Italian ice cream. You have to go in the Medina, where the restaurant is located on a square. Large cup for 20 dirhams which could have 3 different flavor scoops. Choice not as extensive as in Italy but will do for the place and the price. What we had tasted good.

The cafe seems to be THE place to see and be seen in Essaouira. Not that it is hype, just because of its location. It is interesting to seat there and watch a slice of people's life. Oh and the homemade gelato helps too: pistachio, lemon-ginger, mango, coconut, tiramisu... All of them tasted fresh and not overly sweet.

Ordered carry out ice cream as a treat after dinner. The service was prompt and the ice cream was tasty and very reasonably priced. I visited around 7PM and they were already sold out of a couple flavors, so be sure to visit early for the best selection.

At this Italian cafe you can eat fresh ice cream every day. Your only problem will be to pick your favourite taste among the large choice. And yes, you can also have an Espresso or any other good cup of coffee while watching the never ending live show going on at the square Moulay Hassan in front of you. The... More

Great little place with amazing gelato. Perfect for a hot sunny day. Went here for ice cream (two scoops for 15dirham) every day for 7days and never got tired. Lots of flavours, each one delicious.

Best place to sit down , have a cafe au lait ( if like me, by this time, you are fed up of mint tea) and watch the world go by on the main square. When you are done, get some ice cream, it is very good.

we ordered a tee verveine and it tasted terrible (like soap). we tried to return it, but the waitress would not take it back, claiming that it's all fine and normal, which it clearly wasn't.
