I think this place is over rated, its not very nice but a decent place to chill, they serve good coffee and brownies. If you are not a local its difficult to locate this place as google maps does not read this location. Get onto As salam street and ask at the gas station for this place.

Don't come for the food, although some reasonable a la carte fare can be had for quite reasonable prices. I usually go for the cheese or lebneh covered pastry (savory). Their baked sweets are not necessarily that fresh. However they do a decent job with their juices and milkshakes, which are particularly good value for money at just one riyal.... More

Good place, it's in the middle of city, with limited options to eat, but nice interior and different style.

Browniz used to be a great place to have lunch or coffee with friends. It is not easy for Salalah ladies (expats) to find a place to lunch or meet friends for coffee. This place used to have clean bathrooms and decent food. Now the bathrooms are consistently dirty and they have replaced the tuna with cat food and still... More

Do you want a real coffee shop experience? Browniz is the best place for it, in Salalah. I am basically from India and I always wanted a Cafe Coffee Day experience. Browniz gave more more than that. The aesthetic feature of the shop is the right one. The lounge is best for a couple's night out. The smell of coffee,... More

If hepatitis, gastrointestinal infections and influenza are on your bucket list then go to Browniz where there is no tap water in the bathroom. It is a very good idea to wash your hands before eating or serving food, particularly if you've just gone to the toilet and doubly so if you use a hand to clean your bottom.

Free wi-fi. Tries to be 'modern' coffeeshop but fails. Still seems to be popular enough with the ex-pat ladies and chain smokers. You can find same food for less than half the price at dozens of other little coffeeshops throughout city is you can survive 10 mins without wifi :/

During Khareef, renovations were promised. Yes, it was painted somewhat and there are new signs but why oh why is the furniture still rubbish?? Torn, dirty... dated. There appears to be some new flooring, however it has not been laid properly and so as it has expanded, it has buckled and is a hazard! Please can you change the menu's... More
