What has improved since my last visit: A wider choice of gelatos for breafkast is now available cheese presentation is better, now pre sliced flowing coffee of your choice (nespresso) and also tea bags although not Dilma. Still the same: dimsum is good but do not expect Summer palace quality Japanese selection is ok with sushi but no sashimi, still... More

I will only give 3 star coz of the ft.: 01 Poor service, staff needs training. Staff did not inform to other guests that it was reserved. 02 Food was average. Their sushi were delicious but Chinese food were poor but the roast rib eye was good. 03 ambiance was average, it needs renovation. 04 The price was average. Over-all... More

We tried this restaurant for lunch on a holiday and it was crowded. The layout and the buffet stations are not laid properly which causes long lines and congestion in the area. I was turned off by the lines so I just stuck to the food stations that were relatively empty. Quality of the food is ok but they really... More

Good: 1. Food choices - One of the best buffets restaurants I've visited. So many choices from Italian, Filipino, American, Japanese, etc.! 2. Quality of food and taste - Delicious! 3. Attentive waiter/waitresses! Overall: 5 stars! Good deal for Php 2,000 lunch buffet

On the weekends, it is way too crowded to be enjoyable. This hotel is huge, with multiple restaurants, and a huge lobby bar that sits mostly unused. I'm not sure why they still try and pack everyone in that small space. I went years ago, and remember it much differently. Actually, on our first day, they did sit us up... More

After I was here for the unli Wagyo beef night I had to come back for the unli Lobster Friday. The lobsters are already cooked, so you could choose what part and what kind of lobster you like. If you prefer to have it sauted with butter garlic you can give you lobster to a cook who will do so.... More

I enjoyed daily breakfast during my stay in the hotel. I really liked the wide variety of food offered from local to international options. The best thing was to have done sushi for breakfast. It was worth having an a la carte dinner too. I recommend trying abodo for those who wants to taste local cuisine.

Heat sets itself up for the breakfast crowd by readying food stations around the floor with different styles of breakfast fare. You get the stalwarts of continental and full breakfasts, but you'll also see soups (think laksa) standard Asian (fried rice, stir fry) Indian (curries) as well as a table of fresh fruit, grains & yogurts. The staff are friendly... More
