They served Filipino-Chinese food. But their specialty is the Queen Siopao, it has bacon chinese sausage, egg, pork and chicken adobo meat. No sauce is needed as the adobo flavor is tasty enough. However, the place itself is an old type restaurant, not air-conditioned.

no they don't have frozen siopao, but what we usually do is let it cool, refrigerate it and keep it in a cool dry place when traveling. it stays for 5 days more or less, when we bring it as pasalubong for friends

12 hours in the hot Philippines weather if left unrefrigerated and if you want optimum flavor. Otherwise refrigerate for up to 5 days.
