Yummy! We took a touristic break for donuts and coffee here. Hard to beat $1 for a coffee and 3 donuts- very cheap. Soviet atmosphere. Must to visit!

We took a touristic break for donuts and coffee here. I could not believe it when I saw on TA that this place is still here. I lived in St Petersburg - then Leningrad - some 30 years ago on a Russian language exchange program. We used to come here for a cheap treat. Looks the same. Taste that same.... More

Tastes like Dutch oliebollen but with more crust and less inside goodness. Still amazing nonetheless for the prices they offer. Nice cat too, but looks quite fat and unhealthy. What do you feed that cat? Pyshki or what? Doesn't seem to move much either.

Looks like a hole in the wall cafe. It's always packed and for good reason. Prices are super cheap. Coffee is decent. Donuts/beignets are very good. Hard to beat $1 for a coffee and 3 donuts.

This place has been serving EXACTLY the same stuff since the 1950s! This donut shop serves only one kind of donuts. There is only one kind of coffee (a very strange premixed coffee+milk+sugar drink). It is cheap, it is simple, it is DELICIOUS! And there are lines of locals - which tells you all you need to know.

This place is serious business. The recipe of the traditional sweet and always so cheap coffee has remained a well-kept secret, and is definately worth tasting (not for elitists). This place and its doughnuts are the ultimate definition of St. Petersburg, you cannot miss this. Do not expect to served in English or to have a seat, this place is... More

Its location was in the center and really easy to find. It's a normal restaurant with one of the most yummy donuts I've ever eaten!! It cost only 13p/piece!!! It looked not small nor big so I first thought I could eat only 2 but ended up I needed more!! So I'd recommend you guys to try this and I... More
