Noodle was ok. Nothing to scream about. Potion is huge for small eater. Came in the afternoon, there was no bbq skewers. It is only available at night.

We ate here on a whim though almost did not as the restaurant was stripped back to the very basics. Had some pork and beef skewers, grilled and spiced green peppers and shared a bowl of bang bang noodles along with a Chinese salad. The...restaurant is very basic and minimal. The staff are excellent but speak no English - thank goodness for Google translate. We chose by pointing at what we wanted and the food was served promptly and to be frank was outstanding -all washed down with 2 large beers. Oh and the only cutlery on offer is chopsticks. It's not posh but has taste and authenticity in bucket loads. Oh and the bill for 4 items of excellent food and 2 large beers - 93 RMB. Would happily eat here againMore
Firstly... leave everything and find a place to have Biang biang mian in Xian. Our first was in muslim quarters through the lost plate food tour... and that was a place i couldnt find ever. Now, this restaurant is easy to find and great too....I would say do both and more.More
Decided to stop in here as we were just walking by and tired of hot pot. Had some difficulty with the language barrier which resorted in us ordering 3 dishes to many but it was worth it. The noodles were so fresh and and perfect....Couldn't ask for more. Service was excellent.More
I saw this on trip advisor and wanted to give it a try, after some help I found it and by its appearance I was about to leave to somewhere else, but thanks God I entered! A local who spoke English helped me communicate with...the owners and I finally got to try some excellent noodles! Give it a try! I cannot say anything about the price because the local was so nice to me he even paid my bill. Brilliant experience!More
Thankfully they had 4 pictures so we could choose because my Google translate camera option was not working well. We ordered 2 noodle dishes, the cucumber salad and a beer for 37 yuan.
Definitely one of my favourite places to have some fine noodles) Xi' An is also known as the noodle capital because of it's multiple kinds of noodles available for all! Our favourite one is definitely the You Po Mian or oily noodles with peppers and...onions) Long and tender overall! Great choice to have!More
must try biang biang noodle in xian. the taste is good but not my favourite, i prefer the beef noodle.
