Ordered the shinshu ramen with char siew and kakuni (simmered pork belly). Imagine our delight after a cold and slippery walk to be greeted by hot and tasty ramen. This is the tastiest miso broth I've tasted in Hokkaido. Both the char siew and kakuni are soft and buttery. The only complaint I might have is that they do not... More

Went there twice with family during our stay in Sapporo. Super delicious ramen. Do order their number one flavors Shinshu ramen with pork cube (kakuni)....Simply irrestible...Small place, and you might have to wait a while to get the seat..But generally people just eat and go, thus waiting is not an issue .

Small place with limited seatings therefore waiting time is usually required. We were there about 9pm and waited for about 15 mins . The ramen was definitely worth the wait as they were delicious and one bowl of ramen cost about 800yen.

The shingen broth was good. Ramen noodles done just al dente with nice bite. Had the bowl with both chashu and pork 'cubes' as the menu describes it. Pork cubes was really braised pork belly in thicker slices and truly best part of the meal. They are mind blowing succulent and super tasty! If I could do it all over... More

Best ramen of my life. Super busy but able to get a seat after waiting approx 30 mins. Ramen - OMG! Best ramen I've had in Japan. Not the typical tonkatsu broth but it was just awesome. Everything in that bowl just made sense and complimented one another! Definitely a must try in Sapporo!! Will be back for more!

It wasn't busy when we got here, but there are not many seats. Even if there is a crowd don't let that deter you as most people eat and run in less than half hour. The menu feature high quality ingredients and well prepared ramen. It's cheaper than places on Ramen Street, but if you're looking for uniqueness in the... More

Order a miso ramen! This was better than any Ramen alley place. Expect a line during drinking hours, even though it's not really close to the bar district! (10 min walk, but locals will do that as they know its worth it!) One of the best in Sapporo!

The best ramen I've had so far. Expect to queue about 20mins but is really worth the wait. Queue is very systematic and waiters are very fast and attentive. Spicy pork miso ramen and mild salted version are great. Gyoza is great too.

There was a huge queue when we arrived, showing that this ramen joint is extremely popular among the locals. The wait was reasonable (~20-25 min), the prices quite low (750 ¥ for a huge bowl of ramen), and the service impeccable. However, the food was not as good as I expected: while the noodles as well as the slice of... More
