Best ramen of my life. Super busy but able to get a seat after waiting approx 30 mins. Ramen - OMG! Best ramen I've had in Japan. Not the typical tonkatsu broth but it was just awesome. Everything in that bowl just made sense and complimented one another! Definitely a must try in Sapporo!! Will be back for more!

It wasn't busy when we got here, but there are not many seats. Even if there is a crowd don't let that deter you as most people eat and run in less than half hour. The menu feature high quality ingredients and well prepared ramen. It's cheaper than places on Ramen Street, but if you're looking for uniqueness in the... More

Order a miso ramen! This was better than any Ramen alley place. Expect a line during drinking hours, even though it's not really close to the bar district! (10 min walk, but locals will do that as they know its worth it!) One of the best in Sapporo!

The best ramen I've had so far. Expect to queue about 20mins but is really worth the wait. Queue is very systematic and waiters are very fast and attentive. Spicy pork miso ramen and mild salted version are great. Gyoza is great too.

There was a huge queue when we arrived, showing that this ramen joint is extremely popular among the locals. The wait was reasonable (~20-25 min), the prices quite low (750 ¥ for a huge bowl of ramen), and the service impeccable. However, the food was not as good as I expected: while the noodles as well as the slice of... More

We went to Ramen Shingen Minami for dinner. There was a queue outside and we waited for around 20 minutes. We ordered the pork miso ramen and the gyoza. The noodles were cooked just right, the pork was tender and the soup was delicious, rich and well seasoned. It was the perfect dinner for a cold winter night. This place... More

8 had lunch at 1:30 pm without waiting. I had 'shingen set' which was composed of shio-ramen, fried dumplings and white rice. Ramen was good and dumpling was under my expectation. In case you want ramen only, miso ramen (sjinshu ramen) is their signature menu.

Ordered the signature miso ramen on the menu. We were still too full from our seafood adventures earlier in Otaru, hence decided to share a bowl. Good call as the regular portion is quite big. Soup and ramen was fantastic as recommended. Queue line was regularly persistent. It was a cold night and luckily there were row of chairs inside... More

Rich pork flavored miso ramen. Had the special (roast pork and kakuni pork). Loved it! Line can get pretty long. Be prepared to queue but it is worth it. Highly recommended if you would like to skip the Sapporo ramen street which can get crowded with tourists.

Ate here before I took the Susukino street car and was delighted with the ramen. The blend of seafood, crab and miso was very enticing. Other than that there's nothing much to offer. But if you love authentic Hokkaido ramen this is the spot for you!
