I visited this place recently and want to know why there are many "first time reviewer" comments? The waiters literally wrote the reviews for the customers. One of my friend didn't have a Tripadvisor account, therefore the waiter created a Tripadvisor account for him (super pathetic). For more, read my review below. An OK place to hang out. Drinks are good but quite pricey. The furnitures are old and worn out. Staffs are not really friendly and have some attitude while taking orders. Just want to highlight a bizarre experience that took place here. The waiters asked if we could rate them on Tripadvisor and we agreed. They literally stood beside us to see if we are actually reviewing them. The waiter even took my friend's phone to review when he said he didn't know what to write in the review. After he wrote the review and posted, we read "our" reviews that was wrote by the waiters. It was very funny and over exaggerated. The waiter literally wrote "this is the best shisha in my life. my waiter Shawn is a genius. and etc etc". It seems like a very desperate act. I wouldn't blame the waiters because I'm guessing the management are the ones that ask them to do that. It is such a pathetic thing to do. Customers should be willingly to review if they are satisfied and happy with your place or service. Don't force them to give a review. Worst even, fake reviews and ratings wrote by the waiters (that's the reason why I gave one star). If you're visiting this place, don't trust the reviews or the ratings. They aren't real reviews given by the customers.
