I love this lunch place and the ambience. I went 2 weeks in a row and had the same soup and salad. It was so good, but everything on the menu looks so delicious and healthy. The make their own gluten free chia bread that...More

The Daily Habit is located in a designated section of CHi Fitness at BSC, far from the workout area.The Daily Habit concept is to increase people's intake of foods that are unprocessed, in other words, foods that are as close to its natural form. We provide this style of food that is packed with nutrients to keep your body working at its optimum. By adding more non-animal protein like quinoa, tofu and nuts to your diet and foods like oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, whole-wheat bread and pasta, muesli, seeds, and grains, you will keep your body from feeling sluggish and tired and these foods are also a good source of fiber. At The Daily Habit, you can find all of these foods - healthy eating, worth repeating.
